WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
As an essential provider of healthcare we seek to reassure you that we are continually taking advice from the government and other healthcare providers, including BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists) and HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) to offer the safest possible service in order to protect the NHS and save lives. This includes our patients, ourselves and our families.
As per the the most recent advice, published on 01/4/22 by the UK's audiology professional bodies including BSHAA and AIHPP (Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals), we are able to continue to conduct home visits requesting the following requirements: The correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn, 2 metre social/physical distancing is observed and that the patient (and their household members/bubble members) do not have any COVID symptoms ie new continuous cough and/or high temperature and/or loss or change of smell/taste, no face to face contact in past 14 days with anyone displaying the above symptoms, or you have travelled in past 14 days to one of the countries, identified by the government, that require isolation on return to the UK or have had face to face contact in past 14 days with anyone that is isolating for the same reason.

Richard is a fully qualified Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser and has over 20 years of experience across different sectors of the hearing industry and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). As an Independent Hearing Aid provider we're not tied to one or two particular manufacturers of hearing aids so we can search the entire market place and find the most suitable hearing instruments for you. We are part of a network of independent dispensers across the country and you'll find that our prices are often less than identical products elsewhere.
Home service with comfort
Relax in the comfort of your own home and invite our audiologist to discuss your hearing requirements with you. Avoid the stresses of driving and parking in town centres and let the audiologist come to you. We mainly cover the TR and PL postcodes, apart from The Isles of Scilly.
We have vast work experience
We have also worked with the Royal British Legion to assist Armed Forces Veterans to access the Veterans Hearing Fund, working with UK Veterans Hearing Foundation and Veterans Hearing Support. This scheme is being phased out and will be replaced by a new means of funding. This means that Veterans may be able to get fully funded "top of the range" private hearing aids and accessories. If you've been turned down for hearing assistance in the past or already have a Forces pension for hearing loss you still may be successful in a new claim. This scheme also includes Veterans who were enlisted in National Service.
