Come and visit us at one of our centres in Liskeard, St Austell or St Columb Major or if you're unable to come to us then allow a Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist to come to your home to discuss your hearing requirements. We are part of a national network of independent hearing aid audiologists. All of our fully qualified audiologists are registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). As Health Care Professionals we endeavour to give the highest possible levels of service to you, our customers. As independent audiologists we can recommend hearing aids from across all of the major manufacturers. Please refer to the “Our Products” menu for a comprehensive list of products and prices. You will find that our hearing aids are often much cheaper than identical hearing aids from elsewhere.
All make repair service
From time to time hearing aids may need to go back to the manufacturer to be repaired. If the aids are covered under guarantee then there is no charge. Repairs outside of the guarantee period will be chargeable at £100. Repairs usually take about 7-10 days to be returned to us. If your hearing aid stops working then just call us on 0787 218 3742 and we'll be with you as soon as we can.
As independent audiologists we have access to most of the world’s leading hearing aid manufacturers and therefore we can repair almost any model even if you didn’t buy your hearing aids from us. Maybe you’ve moved into the area or you’re not happy with your current hearing aid provider and you want someone to take over ongoing servicing of your hearing and hearing aids. Because we are independent Hearing Aid Dispensers we are able to look after most makes and models of hearing aids. We're also able to take on the regular annual check ups of your hearing.
