Signia, Siemens, Sivantos...it's all quite confusing. Originally Siemens made mediocre hearing aids. In 2015 Sivantos bought the hearing aid division of Siemens. Two years later the name Siemens was dropped and the brand is now called Signia. The technology is now excellent.
If you're struggling to understand the make and model names of Signia hearing aids then here's a simple guide to help:

The higher the number, the higher the technology level and the higher the price.
Models. Styletto Connect = Rechargeable RIC, Motion = Standard BTE, Pure = RIC, Insio = custom made CIC, Silk = CIC but is not custom made, Charge and Go = Rechargeable.
Who are Signia?
Sivantos Group, the parent firm of Signia has a legacy going back to 1878 when Werner von Siemens developed an enhanced telephone receiver after seeing that some with hearing loss had difficulty understanding on the phone. The company that grew from this foundation maintains a philosophy of compassion and the need to help others.
The Siemens brand has been renowned throughout its history for producing high-quality hearing technologies. Although Siemens created the first behind-the-ear hearing aid in 1959, they are perhaps better known for pioneering the digital hearing aid with two directional microphones, as well as a waterproof digital hearing aid.
Siemens Hearing Instruments was recently purchased by Sivantos, who have now started to use the Signia name for their hearing products released subsequently.

Own Voice Processing (OVP)
This enables the user to effectively reproduce the natural sound of their own voice when wearing hearing aids. Ultra HD e2e
In addition to the wearer's natural voice experience, Ultra HD e2e also enables binaural beam-forming technology to offer a clear understanding of speech even in the noisiest environments.
TwinPhone
The caller's voice will stream into both hearing aids when you hold a telephone up to your ear. You will hear the telephone call in your left ear, for instance, if you pick up the phone and hold it to your right side. Features such as TwinPhone significantly improve the phone call experience of those with hearing loss.
HD Music
Any musician or music enthusiast will remind you that live music is much different from recorded music. This is taken into consideration in some Signia models, including the Primax line. Advanced technology separates configurations for different kinds of musical environments. myControl App
The myControl app serves as a relay-free remote control for fast and simple customization and adjustment. This is the only app out there that offers microphone steering up to 360 degrees. Users can set program and volume settings, low battery intervals and toggle the flight mode.
myHearing App
MyHearing App from Signia is an intuitive smartphone app for wearers of hearing aids. It offers the ability to talk to your hearing health professional directly, so that they may help you fine-tune settings remotely. This removes the need for an in-office visit.

Signia X Platform Update
In April 2020 Signia announced that their Silk, Insio and Styletto models will incorporate Xperience's X platform - enabling you to enjoy the acoustic motion sensors to hear sound, conversation and your surroundings wherever you are, even on the go.
Xperience
Launched in 2019 - Signia Xperience gave us powerful acoustic motion sensors giving you sound that adapted as your surroundings changed. Before Xperience hearing aids either focused on the sound in front of you or your general surroundings, which meant you always sacrificed one for the other - this model can do both.

Styletto & Styletto Connect
The Styletto is one of the more sophisticated hearing aids on the market, as the name suggests.
Its sleek structure, high performance and natural sound quality make it a must for the fashion-conscious. The model boasts a slim, curved, receiver-in-canal form factor and is available in various colour choices. This is a model that seems custom-made to redefine what a hearing aid is supposed to look like.
The Styletto Connect takes full advantage of recent developments in rechargeable technology. The Styletto Connect features a lithium-ion rechargeable battery which is capable of an entire day’s use with five hours of streaming included. For those who travel a lot, the Styletto Connect is capable of up to four days of power with the included pocket-sized portable charging case.
It also offers wireless audio streaming straight from the Apple iPhone, without any extra streaming accessories needed. Wireless transmission to Android smartphones is also possible via Signia's StreamLine Mic and StreamLine TV accessories.
Three price/performance levels are available in the Styletto Connect family and it also connects to Signia's myControl remote smartphone app.
Pure Charge&Go Nx
Convenience is paramount with the Pure Charge&Go Nx. The model incorporates all of the previous model Signia Nx's benefits with easy wireless charging.
Wearers don't have to worry about changing disposable batteries anymore. The contactless charging port provides users full simplicity of use, and users are safe in the knowledge that they will wake up to fully-charged hearing aids every morning.
It also comes complete with Signia’s Own Voice Processing technology, helping users enjoy a more natural-sounding own voice throughout their day.
Motion Nx
The behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids from Signia’s are intended to provide greater flexibility in fitting and connectivity choices. The technology of Signia Nx Own Voice Processing (OVP) juxtaposes the voice of the wearer with surrounding sounds, improving the knowledge of speech in noise. Bluetooth-based direct TV and smartphone streaming offers improved connectivity and smartphone control is available in the myControl App.
Silk Nx
The Silk Nx hearing aids are some of Signia's most discreet offerings. They are a completely-in-the-canal (CIC) style of hearing aid, making them 20% smaller than the previous models. This makes them almost invisible in the ear. With the help of a silicone sleeve, the devices sit safely in the ear canal without a custom ear mould being required. They use the smallest batteries available and come in three levels of technology.
Insio Nx
Signia Insio Nx hearing aids are tiny, unobtrusive, custom-made hearing aids that sit inside the ear canal. They are one of the smallest hearing aids to use the Signia Nx technology and come in a variety of sizes. They can be remotely controlled and are suitable for those with mild, moderate or severe hearing loss.
The fact that the Insio Nx’s microphones pick up sound from the inside of the ear means that you can make phone calls and listen to music as you would normally do so if you were not wearing the hearing aids.
Insio Nx
This hearing aid is comparable to Signia's Pure Primax model technologically, but with the rechargeability technology. This model has a powerful battery and can function on a single charge for two days or with unrestricted audio streaming for at least 24 hours. The 'Power Charge' function enables the wearer to enjoy seven hours of power from just 30 minutes of charging.
