ReSound are a Danish manufacturer and part of the GN (Great Nordic) group of companies. They used to go under the name GN ReSound. Technology levels. 9, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2.
The higher the number, the higher the technology level and the higher the price. This is the number at the beginning of the 3 digit name. For example, The LiNX Quattro 961 is the top level of technology.
Individual model numbers can be identified by looking at the second digit of the 3 digit product code. The higher the number the larger the Thearing aid. Here's the list: 8 = Power BTE, 7 = standard BTE, 6 = RIC, 5 = in the ear full shell, 4 = in the ear half-shell, 3 = canal aid, 1 = CIC/IIC. For example, a LiNX 3D 750 would be the second level of technology (the 7) and would be a full shell in the ear hearing aid (the 5). The last digit doesn't really mean anything.
